SHIPPING We are proud to offer free ground shipping on orders shipped within the United States. All UPS shipments are insured. Shipments over $300 will require a signature by recipient. Delivery of Ground UPS shipments averages 3-5 business days; however, delivery dates are not guaranteed. For UPS 2nd Day Air (additional $20), Next Day Air (additional $30) and Saturday delivery Next Day Air (additional $50) the day of shipping is not considered a shipping day. All orders received after 10am PST will be shipped the following business day.
WARRANTY A one-year warranty covers anything that is a manufacturer’s defect. This includes defective clasps, loose bracelet threads and missing gem stones. General wear-and-tear and improper cleaning are not covered. PANDORA warranty is void if used with non PANDORA products. Stretching of chains and bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect.
REFUND TERMS Please do not return items without prior authorization which can be obtained by emailing your request to Kimberly@PandoraLV.com or calling (702) 489-2674. A full refund or exchange will be issued for returns made with printed receipt within 30 days of purchase on unused products.
