Pandora Las Vegas is currently offering shipping to France, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, & Australia. Due to international shipping costs, insurance, and signature requirement – we charge a $30 shipping cost to Canada & Mexico and $40 to all other countries. 

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Pandora Las Vegas is not responsible for delays due to customs.

What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?

When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.

Which payment methods are accepted if I use the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?

The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards.

Are there late fees?

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

What if I make a return on a purchase made through installments with Shop Pay?

If we process a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.

If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.

If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Last Change & Sale items (if applicable)  

Items purchased as ‘Last Chance’ or ‘Sale’ are considered FINAL purchases and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Yes. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift-giver in the original form of payment once the item is received.

Yes. Almost as long as our family has been in Las Vegas, we have been in the family retail business – opening our first retail store in 1936.  Since 2009, we have been in partnership with Pandora. We knew from the moment we started carrying Pandora that it was a beautiful and exciting brand.  As of today, Panbor LLC operates 12 Pandora jewelry stores in Las Vegas.  

Yes. Our engraved charms on the Vegas page were created especially for Pandora Las Vegas & can only be found in our stores. We are one of the few retailers worldwide to offer the dice charms.
