They sent me a charm that did not represent what was advertised. It was missing the blue stones and was all silver. Not as described.
This was for my wife’s birthday and it was disappointing. Why false advertise? It’s not the correct thing to do to a paying customer.
Please compensate me for your misleading web pic of the charm.
